We want you to love your DAZI accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box or mailer.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
